You may exchange your CAIA jewellery anytime for another piece.
📌 Gold Value Benefit
We offer 100% value of gold weight at prevailing gold rate, after:
– Deduction of making charges
– Deduction of stones (if applicable)
– Testing & melting charges (if required)
2. Stones, Diamonds & Making Charges
Stones and diamonds will be valued as per current assessment.
Making charges, labour and wastage are non-refundable.
3. Condition
Jewellery submitted must be:
✔ Genuine CAIA product
✔ Accompanied with invoice / certification (if available)
4. Exchange to New Purchase
Exchanged value can be used only against a new purchase.
Cash refunds will not be provided under lifetime exchange.
5. Third-Party Jewellery
We do not exchange jewellery purchased from other brands.
