Every shipment is fully insured and packed in tamper-proof packaging to ensure it reaches you safely and discreetly.

Order Processing & Dispatch
Note: Orders placed on Sundays or public holidays are processed the next working day.
If an item requires resizing, customization, or is made-to-order, processing times may be slightly longer. We will inform you proactively.

Insured Shipments
Every CAIA order is:
✔ 100% transit insured
✔ packed discreetly
✔ delivered only to the recipient or authorized household member
A valid OTP and/or signature may be required at the time of delivery.
We request you to not accept a package if it appears tampered.
Please contact us immediately — we’ll take care of it.
Delivery Attempts
If you are unavailable at delivery:
Undelivered parcels may be returned to us. We will reach out to reship the order.
Address Changes
Address changes can be made before dispatch only.
Once shipped, we cannot modify delivery address due to security and insurance policies.
International Shipping
At the moment, we ship only within India.
International shipping will be introduced soon — stay tuned.

Coming soon. Currently we ship only within India.

Our courier will attempt 2–3 re-deliveries, and we’ll coordinate with you.
✔ Can I change my address after ordering?
Address changes are possible only before dispatch.
