At CAIA, your jewellery is handled with the highest level of care.
Every shipment is fully insured and packed in tamper-proof packaging to ensure it reaches you safely and discreetly.

We partner with trusted jewellery logistics experts for secure movement of precious items.

 

Order Processing & Dispatch

Orders are typically processed within 24–48 working hours after confirmation.
Each piece is:
o quality checked
o hallmarked verified
o securely packed
o insured before dispatch

Note: Orders placed on Sundays or public holidays are processed the next working day.

If an item requires resizing, customization, or is made-to-order, processing times may be slightly longer. We will inform you proactively.

Insured Shipments

Every CAIA order is:

100% transit insured
packed discreetly
delivered only to the recipient or authorized household member

A valid OTP and/or signature may be required at the time of delivery.

We request you to not accept a package if it appears tampered.
Please contact us immediately — we’ll take care of it.

 

Delivery Attempts

If you are unavailable at delivery:

The courier will attempt up to 2–3 re-deliveries
Our team may contact you to coordinate a convenient time

Undelivered parcels may be returned to us. We will reach out to reship the order.

 

Address Changes

Address changes can be made before dispatch only.
Once shipped, we cannot modify delivery address due to security and insurance policies.

 

International Shipping

At the moment, we ship only within India.
International shipping will be introduced soon — stay tuned.

 

Delays Beyond Our Control

While we try to deliver on time, delays may occur due to:

courier network issues
weather conditions
local restrictions
security regulations
