At CAIA, every jewellery order is packed with care, shipped discreetly, and fully insured for safe delivery. We partner with trusted jewellery logistics providers to ensure secure handling of your precious items. Orders are usually processed within 24–48 working hours after confirmation. Delivery timelines are typically 2–5 working days for metro cities, 3–7 working days for non-metro areas, and up to 10 working days for remote locations. You’ll receive a tracking link via SMS/WhatsApp/email once your order is dispatched.

All shipments are 100% transit insured and delivered only to the recipient or an authorised person, with OTP/signature verification where required. Please do not accept the package if it appears tampered and contact us immediately. Address changes are possible only before dispatch. Currently, we ship only within India, and shipping is free on all prepaid orders.

We accept returns or replacements only if the item received is damaged, defective, or incorrect (wrong product, size, or design). Requests must be raised within 3 days of delivery. Returns are not accepted for change of mind, personal preference, or gold price fluctuations. The jewellery must be unused, unworn, and returned in original tamper-proof packaging with invoice, barcode, certificates, and tags intact.

To request a return or replacement, contact us with your order number and photos/unboxing video (if available). Our team will arrange a secure, insured pickup after verification. Once received, the item will be inspected and authenticated. CAIA reserves the right to reject returns that do not meet our quality and inspection standards.
