1) Measure a Bangle You Already Own

If you have a bangle that fits perfectly:

Place it flat on a surface
Use a ruler to measure the inner diameter (edge to edge across the centre)
Match the measurement to the CAIA size chart below

2) Measure Your Hand (Without a Bangle)

If you don’t have a bangle yet:

Bring your thumb and little finger together as if sliding on a bangle
Wrap a soft string or strip of paper around the widest part of your hand
Mark where the ends meet
Lay the string on a flat surface and measure that length — this is your hand circumference
