Find Your Size

Use this guide to find your CAIA ring size in Indian sizing (numbers 9–23). Measure once, buy once, wear forever. 💍

1. Choose a ring that fits the same finger you’re buying for.

2. Place it on a scale/ruler and measure the inside diameter in millimetres (mm).

3. Match the diameter to the size in the chart below.

Tip: Measure inner edge to inner edge – not the outer metal.

1. Cut a thin strip of paper or use a non-stretchable thread.

2. Wrap it snugly around the base of your finger (not too tight).

3. Mark where the paper/string meets.

4. Lay it flat and measure the length in mm – this is your finger circumference.

5. Match the circumference to the size in the chart.

For broader bands, choose one size bigger for comfort.

Match either your inner diameter or circumference

• Measure at the end of the day when fingers are at their largest.

• Fingers on your dominant hand (right hand for most people) are usually slightly bigger.

• The ring should slide over the knuckle with a gentle resistance and sit comfortably without feeling tight.

If you’re between two sizes, we recommend choosing the larger size for everyday comfort.
