Daily Care Guidelines
• Store your jewellery separately in a soft pouch or jewellery box to avoid scratches.
• Remove jewellery before sleeping, exercising, or engaging in physical activities.
• Avoid direct contact with perfumes, deodorants, hairspray, lotions, and cosmetics.
• Keep jewellery away from harsh chemicals, cleaning agents, and chlorinated water.
• Wipe gently with a soft, dry cloth after use to remove moisture and oils.
Gold Jewellery Care
• 9K, 14K, 18K, and 22K gold jewellery may develop surface scratches over time — this is natural and adds character.
• Clean occasionally using lukewarm water and a mild soap. Pat dry completely.
Gemstone & Stone-Set Jewellery
• Gemstones may vary in hardness and require gentle handling.
• Avoid impact, pressure, or exposure to extreme temperatures.
• Do not use ultrasonic or harsh cleaning methods unless advised.
Repairs & Maintenance
CAIA offers repair and maintenance support for jewellery purchased from us.
Repair services may include:
• Clasp or chain repairs
• Stone tightening (subject to inspection)
• Polishing and refinishing
Repair requests are evaluated on a case-by-case basis. Charges may apply depending on wear, damage, or time since purchase.
